Since 2008, our efforts have helped make the holiday season brighter for thousands of children and families across Broward County. What We’ve Achieved

10,000+ Toys Donated
Over the years, we have collected and distributed more than 10,000 toys to children who might otherwise go without during the holiday season. From bikes and dolls to books and games, these gifts bring happiness to children and give parents peace of mind knowing that their children will have something special to open on Christmas morning.
Hundreds of Families Fed
The holidays can be a stressful time for families struggling to make ends meet, which is why we provide groceries and holiday meals to those in need. Through our grocery donation program, hundreds of families have been able to sit down to a warm, nourishing meal during the holiday season.
Community Events
Every year, Undercover Santa hosts or participates in community events like Light Up Sistrunk and Light Up Carter Park. These events bring holiday cheer to entire neighborhoods, with festive decorations, live performances, and, of course, the distribution of toys and holiday essentials. These gatherings foster a sense of belonging and support within the community, ensuring that everyone feels included during this special time of year.
Fundraising for the Future
Our fundraisers, such as the Cabaret for a Cause and our VIP afterparty, not only provide financial support for our programs but also bring people together for a common cause: to give back. These events have allowed us to expand our reach and help more families year after year, ensuring that our mission continues to grow.

A Christmas Miracle for One Family
Last year, we received a heartwarming letter from a mother who, after losing her job, was unsure how she would provide Christmas for her children. Thanks to our toy drive and grocery donation, her children had toys under the tree, and she was able to cook a holiday meal for her family. “Undercover Santa made our Christmas,” she wrote. “I can’t thank you enough for the joy you brought into our home.”
Supporting Local Heroes
Many of the families we help are led by hardworking individuals facing difficult times. One such story comes from a local firefighter who, after a year of unexpected medical expenses, struggled to make ends meet during the holiday season. Undercover Santa stepped in, providing toys for his three children and a grocery gift card for his family. “I’m used to helping others,” he said. “But this year, Undercover Santa came to our rescue.”

Beyond the Holidays

While our primary focus is on the holiday season, the impact of Undercover Santa extends well beyond Christmas. Our efforts foster a stronger sense of community, bringing people together and reminding everyone of the importance of compassion and generosity.
